  • The form data management and display was created with 2sxc, an extention that helps web designers and developers prepare great looking, animated and sexy content and applications in DNN;
  • Survey form was created using DNN elements, a collection of reusable HTML custom elements (WebComponents) for Dnn;
  • A snippet to include DNN elements in a 2sxc view through CDN is available at this blog post;
  • You can test and read the documentation from DNN elements in this demo site;
  • Custom tokens for this page were implemented with DNNTokens module;
  • This frontend is a slightly modified Aperture theme for DNN 10, shipped freely with the DNN CMS.

Cookie Description
ASPXANONYMOUS This cookie is used by sites using the .NET technology platform from Microsoft. It enables the site to maintain an anonymous user-id to track unique users within a session without them logging in or otherwise identifying themselves.
.DOTNETNUKE Necessary for site functionality. It is created when a user logs in. It can be configured using Forms Authentication
__RequestVerificationToken  Anti-forgery cookie set by web applications built using ASP.NET MVC technologies. It is designed to stop unauthorised posting of content to a website, known as Cross-Site Request Forgery. It holds no information about the user and is destroyed on closing the browser.
ASP.NET_SessionId ASP.NET issues a cookie called ASP. NET_SessionId. This cookie contains the user's session ID and the cookie will expire at the end of the session (when you close your browser). This cookie does not store personal data about you.
authentication A DNN forms authentication cookie (created when a user logs in).
dnn_IsMobile Used to determine whether the visitor is using a Mobile Device.
language Stores the current portal language. In a monolingual portal, it contains the browser's default language.
LastPageId Stores the TabID of the last visited page.
