Why did you start working with DNN?
I needed a CMS to manage users and create custom applications, specially for research purposes. This was about 10 years ago. I tested a lot of CMSs, but DNN eventually came out as the best option.
What is DNN to you?
A framework for applications and interface between data and users.
What made you stick with DNN?
Definitely the community. They develop the CMS and provided all the support I ever needed to climb the learning curve every time I needed to.
Do you believe it to be a secure option in the CMS market?
It is as safe as you need it to be. If you don't make rookie server and CMS configurations errors, it's rock solid.
Do you plan to stick with DNN?
I do not know if DNN will be around for 20 more years or so, but I will definitely intent to be on this boat for a very long time.
Any advices for potential new user?
Don't be afraid to invest you time in DNN. It's worth it. Things just work and you don't need to fix everything in every 0.00001 update.
