What made you stick with DNN?
The very editor friendly CMS, the very reliable platform and the amazing community :-)
And: it takes at least 1 year, probably 2 to acquire the same level of skills and knowledge in a new platform. In money: it costs at least 100.000 euro to switch. I have been using other opensource products as well, like nopcommerce. But the community is virtually non existant. Learning gets really hard that way.
Do you believe it to be a secure option in the CMS market?
Yes. There are very little issues and when something arises we deal with it accordingly. What is a tricky issue, is when you use a lot of third party extensions. They need to be compliant to the new DNN version as well.
Do you plan to stick with DNN?
Yes. It is reliable and suits my needs.
Any advices for potential new user?
